People-powered customer service

Back in January, we asked you to help us organize sessions that accurately reflect the issues that are most important to you, and you answered en masse. Now, we're asking that you tell us what you think on a more regular basis.

Because Netroots Nation is a physical embodiment of the progressive world, we want to ensure that all communities are represented and all voices are heard. To help us achieve that transparency, we've teamed up with a smart new company called Get Satisfaction. With a motto of "people-powered customer service," what company is better suited to help us reach that goal?

Get Satisfaction is an online community that helps people to get the most from the companies they support, and where companies are encouraged to get real with their customers. Thousands of companies use this neutral space to exchange ideas and get feedback about their products and services.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to participate.
